Westminster Action Network on Disability
WAND is working in partnership with disabled people to develop a Westminster Coalition for Independent Living (WCIL).
The Coalition will bring together the brokerage service that helps disabled people to access individual budgets. The service will be starting in 2010; for more information, please visit the CIL website.
